Location: Nice, then St Raphael (once new office is opened)

Catamarans, and Le Boat (European canal cruising).
All Travelopia Marine brands operate in multi-source markets. The Yacht & Boat Sales includes the sale of
new Charter Yachts in the Moorings (www.mooringsyachtownership.com ), Sunsail Ownership Programs
(www.sunsailyachtownership.com), new Leopard Catamarans (www.leopardcatamarans.com) and used boats
at the end of the charter program (www.mooringsbrokerage.com, www.sunsailbrokerage.com) to private
buyers.


Role Overview:


The focus of this role is to market and sell new yachts to the European Market with a special focus onto
the French speaking markets of France, Switzerland and Belgium, into the Moorings and Sunsail Yacht
Ownership Programs as well as privately under the Leopard Catamarans brand.
This role involves the entire sales process from the initial prospecting, follow up, presentation,
contracting, closing, delivery, hand-over the new yachts.
This role will require some travel including but not limited to boat shows, open houses and yacht
showings.
The intent is to locate this position in the new office in St Raphael once opened. However, work may
have to start in Nice office, and some work at the Nice office will always be required as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Rapidly gain in – depth knowledge of the Leopards Catamarans, and the Moorings/Sunsail Yacht
Ownership Programs.
Become fluid in the presentation of the Leopards, and the yacht ownership programs.
Become proficient in the use of the Hubspot CRM System in order to prospect database.
Prospect Database for Buyer for new yachts for select domestic locations following up with and convert
leads into sales
Utilize HubSpot exclusively for communicating with prospects and generating contracts using DocuSign®
Optimize prospects, following up on all leads and converting to contracts.
Meet sales and margin objectives
Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing and hand-over (for Leopards)
Develop a strong relationship with European Charter Yacht Sales/Guillaume Caffin and European
Leopard Sales Manager/Arnaud Savignat, as well as VP Yacht Ownership & Sales in the US.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plan in collaboration with the Yacht Sales
Marketing Manager.
Attend and assist in the preparation of boat shows, trade shows and other events as required by THL
Marine.
Coordinate showing boats and visits of your clients and sea trials as needed.
Travel to bases or other offices from time to time as may be required.
Handle all inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure all transactions are subject to a signed approval sheet by VP Yacht Sales & Ownership or Sales
Managers.
Attend periodic sales meetings via telephone or Skype and attend all training designated by THL Marine.
General:
Follow Company’s and department’s procedures and policies.
Assist in the management of data base and computer in cooperation with IT department.

Main Qualifications:


Native knowledge of French language
Native or fluent oral and written command of the English language
Knowledge of other languages preferred, Spanish and Italian.
An experienced sales professional, with a proven track record in either high ticket products
Previous experience in the marine industry a plus.
Knowledge of boats a plus
Enthusiasm for boating or sailing
Good interpersonal skills and ability to confidently negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels.
A flexible and adaptable attitude.
Highly organized with an entrepreneurial approach.
Ability to understand and explain financial evaluations and presentations.
Perseverance, self-motivation and strong work ethics
Able to quickly gain credibility and confidently close sales
A highly skilled in negotiator and communicator
Confident when presenting to clients face to face, over the phone or on email
PC literate with advanced use of Microsoft Office
