The yacht sales activity at Travelopia Yachts includes the sale of new Leopard Catamarans, new charter yachts in
the Moorings and Sunsail ownership programmes, as well as used boats.

Summary: Leopard Europe is looking for an aftersales agent to look after our catamarans and our owners.
What you will be doing:
Assist in the management of the reception and preparation of boats before delivery to customers and
agents: General control of the boat and the equipment on board, preparation, conditioning for an impeccable
Carry out the repair work on the boats at reception.
Preparation of boats for events and boat shows.
Assist the yacht sales agent responsible at the time of delivery both at the administrative level and at the
customer relations level.
Be an intermediary in the after-sales service process between the client, the shipyard and OEMs:
Formatting requests, followed up of files with the shipyard, guarantee customer satisfaction by quickly processed
files allowing perfect refurbishment.
Participation in weekly meetings with the shipyard and technical meetings organized by the company.
In charge processing manufacturer warranty, preparation of the "claims" under the manufacturer's
warranty, site agreement and managing reimbursement of the work done.
Develop and coordinate the post-delivery customization activity: creation of a catalog of options and
update with the suppliers (in agreement with the sales team), follow up of installations. (quotes, orders,
installation etc ...)
Management of spare parts sale (ordering/invoicing)
Management of marina berth for passing customers.
Support provided by Travelopia Global Technical Director
Assist in the management of expenses incurred and follow-up of payments (customer reimbursement,
shipyard invoices and supplier’s payment).
Travel in France and abroad will be required for after sales interventions, delivery, boat show events
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or qualifications:
Fluent French /English mandatory
Nautical industry knowledge indispensable
Knowledge of technical aspects of boat construction, boat systems and boat maintenance preferrable
Customer focus & looks to exceed customer expectations.
Respect of deadlines knows how to prioritize
Position opened to Experienced collaborator or beginners, ideally with a first experience in yacht business
